Based from our full service fly fishing shop, ROE Outfitters offers many outdoor adventures ranging from mild to wild. We cater to a large family market as well as intense adventure seekers looking for big whitewater and fly fisherman in search of native fish.

Primary activities include half day raft trips on the class II – IV Klamath River and class IV Rogue River. We also offer full day raft trips on the Upper Klamath River with it’s class IV+ rapids. Other popular tours include kayak tours on calm water rivers and lakes and fly fishing trips for native redband rainbows and wild steelhead.

ROE Outfitters is looking for flexible, energetic people who love a variety of outdoor multi-sport activities.

We'll be accepting applications for the following positions for summer 2013:
• Whitewater Raft Guide Class II and III
• Whitewater Raft Guide Class II, III & IV+
• Kayak Guide (lakes and calm water)
• Fly Fishing Guide (using drift boats)
• Birdwatching Guide
• Shuttle Driver
• Action Photographer
• Office and Telephone Reservationists
• Fly Shop Retail Customer Service and Sales

Preference is given to applicants who have various certifications including CPR, First Responder, Swiftwater Rescue, and C.D.L.
Preference is also given to those that are available from mid May through the beginning of September.
Applicants must be 18 years old at date of hire.
Applicants must be drug free.

Room and Board
We do not provide room and board.

PerksYou will live and work in one of the most spectacular areas in the Pacific NorthWest while being surrounded by interesting, enthusiastic and motivated people who love being outdoors. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work together as a team while you facilitate outdoor adventures for our guests, providing them with an authentic adventure and possibly one of the best experiences of their lives.
We offer a competitive wage as well as tips and an “end of season” bonus to employees who complete their contracts in good-standing. During peak season, employees are given at least one day off per week to enjoy the local area. We provide our employees with complimentary trips for friends and family.

Getting Here and Getting Around
You must have reliable transportation for getting to and from our main office. We are NOT located on a bus line.
